The final three in the running for the Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu 2022 is announced!

𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥- 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨

The Diverso menu is not simply a drinks list, but a reflection of the bar’s ethos and mission to champion the produce and people of its country. Guests are taken on a journey through each page, which operates as a shrine to a single cocktail. Marked simply by a title and minimalist drawing, description of ingredients and taste profile, every drink is also paired with a short history of its indigenous ingredients.

𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫, 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 - 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡

Flourish, heroes the people and producers of France. With the ethos ‘from the farm to the glass’ each cocktail’s genesis is traced from its roots in the soil right up to its use in bartender’s jigger. This year’s artwork takes the medium of collage by UK-based designer, Totally Okay, who uses composite and reportage photography of each producer to tell a compelling and engaging story.

𝐎𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐤, 𝐀𝐥𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐲 - 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦

One of the truly unique menus in the world today, this Kazakhstani bar’s cocktail list arrives at the table with each individual element for each of the seven cocktails on the list pressed between two sheets of glass. Herbarium is a celebration of the region’s fertile landscape, with each drink heroing a piece of produce that has been foraged that day. It allows guests to see the raw version of what they’re drinking, and to smell the fragrance from each component part before placing an order for the cocktail.
